Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Review tender document and drawing Handle quantity taking-off and prepare tender submission Ensure timely receipt of technical information relevant to tender Prepare standard measurement/quantity Prepare Bar Bending Schedule Source for quotation Evaluate, analyze and input pricing for tender Participate in post-tender clarification Participate in kick-off meeting with consultant/client Participate in hand-over process to project team and project briefing to colleagues Participate in Project Review Meeting for evaluating project process Prepare quotation for various technical works, material, manpower, etc. Check and approve sub-contractors’ bills Handle variation order and claim for certification Perform other duties as assigned
