Marketing Associate

Key responsibilities ·      Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives ·      Create and coordinate content across digital, social media, websites and channels ·      Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency ·      Demonstrate and explain product features and functions to customers to support informed purchasing decisions ·      Recommend suitable price plans and value-added services based on customers' needs to increase sales and customer satisfaction ·      Collaborate with counterparts to provide accurate and timely information to customers for effective service delivery ·      Complete and file all sales and administrative documents About you ·      At least a diploma holder ·      Self-motivated ·      Enjoy interacting with people ·      Team-oriented and driven ·      Bilingual in English and one other language (to support communication with diverse customers)
