Industrial Maintenance Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of the creation of a new position to support the growth of its activities, ADHEX PHARMA is looking for a Maintenance Methods Engineer

Reporting to the Technical Manager, within the site Operations Department, in connection with the Maintenance, Production, and Technical Projects departments, your role consists of: Organizing the GMAO (definition of usage rules, organization of the maintenance store, creation of performance indicators, etc.); Optimizing preventive maintenance operations via the analysis of maintenance ranges and preventive and curative maintenance interventions; Analyzing equipment malfunctions impacting production and implementing resolution actions (e.g., equipment modification, refurbishment, adjustment assistance, definition of standards and preventive maintenance); Managing equipment parts, utilities, and production tools by specifically defining replenishment stocks, the codification of spare parts and production tools, and incoming inspections;

• Ensuring the traceability of interventions; Participating in the integration of new equipment during their installation and startup, and in the execution of qualification protocols; Performing the design of production tools in CAO;
• Participating in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Profile Description: With a minimum of a Bac +5 degree in a technical field, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function within a demanding industrial environment (such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agri-food, automotive/aerospace). You have a very strong technical background (electrotechnics, mechanics, and automation). Knowledge of energy, fluids, and utilities would be a plus.A true expert in industrial maintenance, you enjoy going into the field to understand how machines work, analyze the causes of malfunctions, and "kill" recurring problemsMastery of CAO/DAO software, ideally SolidWorks and AutoCAD (or other editors), will allow you to ensure the design of production tools autonomouslyYour level of English allows you to read documentation and communicate in writing with suppliers (B1+/B2)You are recognized for your very good interpersonal skills, your involvement, your rigor, and your analytical capacity,***These qualities will allow you to excel in your future functions.
