We are looking for reinforcement in Inside Sales (full-time or part-time)

Your tasks with us:

• Order processing in a globally active sales department of an international industrial company
• Preparation of quotations and processing of orders from order entry to invoicing
• Close customer contact and advising customers on the selection of suitable products
• Representation of the company at domestic and international trade fairs and maintenance of international contacts
• Preparation of shipments and invoice creation
• Customs clearance

What we wish for you:

• completed commercial vocational training
• professional experience in international sales of industrial products
• business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• the willingness to familiarize yourself with technical matters
• sound MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience in using ERP software
• a confident and friendly demeanor when dealing with customers, as well as negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
• a structured, independent way of working as well as a sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• strong teamwork and communication skills
