Since 1983, GISMA Steckverbinder GmbH has specialized as a family-run company in the development, design, production, and worldwide marketing of high-quality and complex underwater connectors. The sophisticated electrical, fiber-optic, and hybrid connectors are used worldwide in marine technology.

Your tasks with us:

• Development of robust high-performance connectors with electrical and fiber-optic elements
• Creation of 3D design models and corresponding drawing creation
• Economic and technical evaluation, testing, and comparison of concepts
• Technical specification and conceptualization of components and assemblies
• Close cooperation with customers and suppliers
• Support in process optimization

What we wish for you:

• A completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Confident handling of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Good knowledge of MS-Office products
• Very good English skills for communication with international customers
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Methodical approach to finding solutions
• A strong affinity for technology and innovation
• Team spirit, commitment, and a sense of responsibility to move forward together
