Recognized for its expertise and responsiveness, GISMIC supports its clients in securing and ensuring the reliability of their installations.As part of our development, we are recruiting a General Services Assistant to take charge of the coordination and monitoring of service providers (cleaning, car fleet, green space maintenance...).Activities: - Monitoring soft contracts (cleaning, coffee machines, green space maintenance, waste management, pest control.)- Handling figures and data- Coordination and monitoring of service providers- Automobile fleet: management of loaner vehicles, vehicle reception, vehicle allocation / return, management of traffic fines.- Invoice management
