About the role:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our HR technology landscape. You’ll configure, support, and enhance Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Succession & Development modules, helping turn business needs into smart, user-friendly solutions. What you will do:

Own and improve SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Succession & Development. Partner with HR and business teams to turn business needs into smart, practical system solutions. Configure and maintain workflows, forms, templates, business rules, permissions, and other system functionality. Solve problems by investigating incidents, finding root causes, and working with SAP Support or partners when needed. Test and deliver changes — from enhancements and integrations to system releases and new functionality. Spot opportunities to improve HR processes, system usability, and the overall employee experience. Keep things running smoothly through accurate data, clear documentation, reporting, and ongoing user support.

What we expect from you:

Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, and Succession & Development. Ability to turn business needs into practical system solutions. Good understanding of HR processes and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take changes from testing through to release. A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) or a willingness to learn is a plus.

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
