Your task:

You will complement our existing service technician team and undertake repair and installation work on our technically sophisticated products, including packaging machines and scales, at and from the Cologne location or, if applicable, from your home office, while observing accident prevention regulations for national customers. You will support the field sales service in preparing quotations and are able to manage spare parts and tools. You will work independently and with a high degree of responsibility. A diverse, challenging, customer- and sales-oriented activity, in which an eye for problem-solving is required and is remunerated according to performance. There is the possibility of participation in capital-forming benefits.

Your requirements:

You have recently completed technical training in electrical engineering, electromechanics, industrial electronics, or mechatronics and now wish to gain initial or further professional experience in the packaging industry. You are looking for a varied task in a professional team of an internationally oriented company. You possess organizational talent, are physically resilient, and work purposefully and solution-oriented with a team-oriented way of working, always with the goal of recognizing and fulfilling customer wishes. You possess a Class 3 (B) driver's license, high self-motivation, a confident appearance, and enjoy traveling. You are proficient in modern EDV and already speak good English.
