Customer Service Associate (Giordano Ladies)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Assistant , you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and creating a pleasant shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs
• Maintain adequate stock levels by replenishing and organizing inventory regularly.
• Handle cashier duties and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with store display changes and visual merchandising setup to maintain an attractive and well-presented store.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including general housekeeping duties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or ITE qualification.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts
• Able to work 5.5 days a week , including weekends and Public Holidays
• Outgoing, presentable, and customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
