SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Assist Contract manager conduct Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.

• Prepare contracts and documents.

• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement

• Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation

• Assist in billings

• Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis

• Perform variation order

• To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying

• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
