Technical Project Manager

In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical development projects, with responsibility for delivery according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You will work closely with product management, technical specialist teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure that projects meet business goals and strategic priorities. You will also follow up on project status, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and project management methodologies within the organization.

Arbetsuppgifter Lead and drive several technical development projects simultaneously.

Ensure delivery according to scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.

Report project status, risks, and recommendations to steering groups and decision-making forums.

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the development of project methodology and tools within the organization.

Vi söker dig som: Have at least 5 years of experience in project management within technology, product development, or industry-related business.

Have a good technical understanding and experience in leading projects within various technical areas.

Are accustomed to coordinating many stakeholders and building strong collaborations across organizational boundaries.

Have a very good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize.

Work in a structured, proactive manner and take great personal responsibility for your deliveries.

Have good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

It is a major plus if you have experience leading projects according to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. We also prefer that you have a college or university degree in engineering or a related field, as well as a project management certification such as PMP or equivalent. Furthermore, knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe is meritorious.
