Sales Expert - Order, Management & Purchasing

About the role
We are now looking for a Sales Expert for an international industrial company in Lund. You will become part of a team working with the sales and order management of, among other things, equipment, components, technical parts, and spare parts.
The role is broad, and you will be involved throughout the entire order flow – from quotation and order to purchasing, delivery, and invoicing.
You will, among other things:
- Handle quotations, orders, and invoicing
- Coordinate purchasing and deliveries
- Follow up on orders and ensure that deliveries occur according to plan
- Maintain contact with internal teams, factories, and suppliers
- Work in SAP and support the purchasing process
- Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes
- Create and update documentation regarding processes and routines
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and enjoys taking responsibility. You find it easy to collaborate with various contact points and are comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel.
We would prefer that you have:
- Experience in sales, purchasing, order management, or similar
- Experience with SAP
- Understanding of Purchase to Payment (PtP) and purchasing processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education in, for example, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Experience from the industrial or manufacturing industry
About the gig:
This is an assignment starting immediately until 2027.06.30 with the possibility of extension thereafter.
