Project Procurement Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Project Procurement Manager for an assignment at an international company, where you will play a key role in ensuring successful supplier and subcontracting agreements for complex projects.

In this role, you are responsible for driving the procurement process from start to finish. You will work closely with the project organization to identify needs, conduct procurements, negotiate agreements, and ensure that suppliers can meet the projects' requirements for quality, cost, and delivery time. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, technical specialists, and legal functions, where you will become an important link between the business and the market.

We are looking for you who:

• Has an academic education in economics, engineering, business, or a corresponding field.
• Has experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
• Has worked with complex subcontracts, service agreements, or similar business arrangements.
• Has experience working in projects and collaborating with several different functions simultaneously.
• Is accustomed to handling commercial and contractual discussions.
• Has a good understanding of technical requirements, scope, and schedules.
• Communicates fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

It is a big plus if you:

• Have experience in procurement within large industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Have worked in international project environments.
• Have experience in project management or project control.
• Are accustomed to collaborating with both technical and legal functions in business-critical procurements.
