IT Infrastructure Technician

We are now looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician for an assignment in Göteborg. An exciting and broad role where you will work with support, operations, and development of IT environments in an international organization, with good opportunities to transition into a permanent position with the client.

Arbetsuppgifter 1st and 2nd line support

Administration and operation of IT infrastructure

Monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and integrations

Management of user accounts and permissions

Collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams

Documentation of processes and technical solutions

Participate in and drive smaller IT infrastructure projects

Support to businesses in Sweden, Norway, and the rest of Europe

Krav At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure in a large/global organization

Experience of centralized or hosted IT environments

Good knowledge of:

Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID

Windows 10/11

Windows Server 2019/2022/2025

Microsoft Teams

Intune

VMware

Windows-based networks

Experience of troubleshooting and support at 1st/2nd line level

Knowledge of ITIL and servicedesk processes

Fluent English in speech and writing

Ability to travel within the region and to Norway
