Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's overallstrategic direction, goals, and objectives,considering market trends, client needs,and industry advancements.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities,cultivate client relationships

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team ofdesigners, architects, project managers, andother professionals. Provide mentorship,guidance, and performance evaluations.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, andmonitor financial performance. Makeinformed decisions to ensure projects arefinancially viable and profitable.

Design Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on design creativity,innovation and quality. Review and approvedesign concepts to ensure they align withthe company's vision and clientexpectations.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationshipswith clients, addressing their needs,concerns, and feedback to ensureexceptional customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers,contractors, and subcontractors to ensuretimely procurement of materials andservices.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality controlprocesses throughout the design andconstruction phases to ensure the higheststandard of workmanship

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks,such as scope changes, budget overruns,and scheduling delays.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant buildingcodes, regulations, and safety standards tomaintain a safe and lawful workenvironment.

Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and design innovations toincorporate relevant advancements into thecompany's projects.
