About the Position We are seeking an Architectural Designer with strong Revit skills and an interest in professional growth for our Danvers location. Ideally, we are looking for someone at our Designer / Draftsperson Level 2 position, although we would also consider an experienced candidate capable of serving as a Job Captain. Responsibilities and compensation will reflect the candidate's experience and demonstrated capabilities. Responsibilities Develop architectural drawings, models, details, and schedules using Revit. Apply building code requirements and architectural standards to project documentation. Coordinate architectural drawings with consultant information and specifications. Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and communicate concerns proactively. Document existing building conditions and assist with construction administration. Collaborate with Project Architects, Project Managers, and other team members. More experienced candidates may also organize technical documentation, develop construction details and specifications, coordinate production activities, and guide junior staff. Qualifications Minimum one year of relevant architectural experience; approximately 4–8 years preferred for Job Captain candidates. Architectural education or equivalent practical experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Working proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Understanding of architectural documentation, construction methods, and building codes. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently within assigned responsibilities, collaborate effectively, and recognize when additional guidance is needed.
