Account Executive with English and SQL

For our client, an important technology company leading the delivery segment, we are looking for an Account Partner SMBs to join the commercial team.

The Account Management and Sales teams are on the front line, onboarding partner restaurants to the platform and working together with them to drive business growth. The Account Partner role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, who is passionate about gastronomy and technology, and who enjoys building the best alliances with high-volume client accounts.

What you will do:

• Manage daily communication with a portfolio of restaurants on the platform to complete the company's highest priority initiatives.
• Negotiate high-impact alliances for the platform in Argentina.
• Respond professionally and empathetically to incoming restaurant support issues and concerns.
• Assist in continuous technical configuration and account changes, ensuring that tools and resources are used in the best way and are well understood by our partner restaurants.
• Provide continuous training to restaurants on the platform's products and functionalities.
• Analyze and report restaurant feedback trends to contribute to process and service improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with both internal company teams and key stakeholders of the partner restaurants.

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor's) in business administration or engineering.
• 2 years of experience, ideally in a similar commercial role.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (EXCLUYENTE)
• Operational and analytical aptitude to help build, report, and execute business processes.
• Experience related to customer service.
• Proactivity, autonomy, attention to detail, and curiosity.
• Experience in SQL (EXCLUYENTE)
