An HR Business Partner with experience in recruitment and selection in multinational environments is required to manage hiring processes for middle management and administrative profiles in Bogotá. This role is fundamental to ensuring efficiency in talent attraction processes and the timely coverage of key vacancies. The main mission is to act as a strategic partner to the Human Resources area and internal leaders, identifying hiring needs and executing effective selection strategies. Although the contract is temporary, valuable exposure to regional and corporate processes, interaction with various business areas, and constant practice of English in formal contexts are offered. You will actively participate in selection projects, talent attraction, and improvement of HR processes. The position is on-site in Bogotá, Colombia.
Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage recruitment and selection processes for administrative profiles and middle management. Design and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with business needs. Conduct competency-based interviews and apply psychotechnical and talent assessment tests. Collaborate with internal leaders to identify personnel requirements and ensure timely coverage of vacancies. Support the induction process for new hires. Use and optimize the use of the ATS and other technological tools for talent management. Participate in continuous improvement projects for Human Resources processes. Maintain fluid communication in English with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements: Professional in Psychology, Administration, or related careers. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist in multinational environments. Mastery of competency-based selection methodologies, including competency-based interviews and psychotechnical tests. Experience in the use of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and talent assessment tools. English level B2 or higher required for communications and meetings. Advanced handling of the Office package. Ability to manage recruitment and selection processes for administrative profiles and middle management. Experience in talent attraction and knowledge of Human Resources processes in large-scale organizations will be valued.
