Bilingual Billing Analyst / English B2

A recognized multinational is looking for a professional in careers such as finance, economics, accounting, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience reviewing goods delivery notes and issuing the corresponding invoices to customers, in accordance with the deadlines stipulated by the group. Additionally, they issue credit and debit notes to compensate for differences (exchange rate, credit card interest, etc.) Requirement: Conversational English level B2 Experience in SAP Functions: Invoice sales, taking as a base the delivery notes entered into the system at the close of each month.

• Enter settlements on behalf of others
• Issue financial credit and debit notes (adjustments for exchange rate differences, interest, TCA, etc.)
• Prepare monthly / annual sales reports
• Prepare the VAT Sales sub-ledger report and share it with the Tax area
• Participate and collaborate within the framework of new SAP implementations within the Billing sector.
• Constantly update the system, incorporating regulatory changes that may arise.
• Control the correct accounting imputation of the issued invoices.
• Analyze and resolve billing differences detected during monthly closings

Salary: 4,500,000 COP + incentives Transportation allowance: COP $220,000 (applies to those living outside Bogotá) Variable remuneration: (target 100% – 8.5% variable) Additional benefits: Life insurance Prepaid medicine Bonus equivalent to 0.5 month of basic salary, payable in December and proportional to length of service Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Workplace: North of Bogotá Indefinite contract.
