For a company operating in the rubber plastic sector, we are looking for a:

QUALITY ASSISTANT / QUALITY SPECIALIST OPERATIVO

The resource, supporting the Quality Manager, will be responsible for:

• Acting as the operational link between the Quality Manager and Production, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Working closely with production, maintaining constant dialogue with workers and department heads to verify the correct execution of activities according to defined procedures.
• Managing and monitoring non-conformities, corrective/preventive actions, and quality issues identified in production.
• Supporting the management of customer complaints, including direct interface with foreign customers.
• Interfacing with suppliers on issues related to product quality and non-conformities.

Required requirements:

• Technical Diploma and/or Degree (preferably in a technical field).
• Previous experience in the Quality field is preferable, with an operational approach and support to Production.
• Knowledge of the main industry tools/standards (PPAP, IMDS, FMEA) is welcome.
• Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken, for interfacing with foreign customers.
• Disposition for cross-functional work between Production and Quality, problem-solving skills, priority management, and result orientation.

Offer:

• Fixed-term/permanent contract within the company; contract via agency is also evaluable depending on the seniority of the profile.
• Classification and RAL: 26,000-28,000€, CCNL Gomma Plastica.
• Working hours: 8.30 - 17.30.
• Work location: Baranzate
