For a company in the province North of Napoli, we are looking for a LOGISTICS CLERK

Main responsibilities:

The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for document management, the flow of goods, and will ensure compliance with delivery times. In detail, they will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Issuing, registering, and archiving Transport Documents (DDT) and accompanying invoices.
  • Operationally managing the entry and exit of goods, verifying correspondence with orders and transport documents.
  • Controlling warehouse stock and collaborating on periodic inventory.
  • Interfacing with couriers, suppliers, and internal departments (production/commercial).
  • Entering data into the company management system

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent mastery of the Office package (in particular Excel).
  • Precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
