For a solid company in the technological systems sector, we are looking for a JUNIOR FACILITY SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities

The Junior Facility Specialist will be integrated into a team and will support the following activities:

• Plan and supervise ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance of technological systems (electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning).
• Interface daily with clients to plan interventions.
• Remotely supervise on-site operational teams, ensuring the efficiency of interventions and compliance with contractual timelines.
• Draft periodic reports on the progress of activities and interface with the client for updates.
• Manage any operational criticalities and emergency interventions, ensuring service continuity.
• Handle the replenishment of maintenance equipment by arranging the purchase of materials.

Requirements

• Experience gained in facility or systems companies.
• Technical Diploma or Degree.
• Knowledge of technological systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00/13:00 - 14:30/18:30.
