Engineering professionals (excluding electrotechnology)

Gi Group SpA, the first Italian Employment Agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 professionals in the Human Resources sector, is searching for Agenzia del Demanio for the position of Technical Clerk

Required requirements:

• Coordination with the PM and the work team
• Examination of project documentation eligible for funding
• Planning and Programming
• Verification activities
• Monitoring of initiatives eligible for funding with the relevant structures
• Execution of site inspections and measurement surveys for the dimensional verification of environments
• Control regarding regulations (for example: building, fire prevention, systems, architectural barriers, etc.) and technical parameters of the reference technical specifications
• Verification of the maintenance status of properties and estimation of the progress status of initiatives to comply with the timelines set by the call/notice
• Verification and any requests for integration of documentation proving the statements of the parties
• Drafting of in-progress and/or final verification reports
• Management of communications and protocol (digital files)

Educational qualification:

• Old system degree in civil/building engineering/architecture (4S)
• Master's degree in civil engineering (LM23), building systems engineering (LM24), building engineering (LM04), architecture (LM12)
• Bachelor's degree in civil, building and environmental engineering (L7)
• Bachelor's degree in architecture (L4)

Required experience:

• at least 2 years of experience achieved overall in the following areas:
• In the private/public sector with a technical/administrative role at construction companies that have carried out public and/or private works
• In technical and/or design and/or works management activities or as a freelancer or at design firms and/or engineering companies for the drafting of projects

Having performed verification for public and/or private initiatives funded with PNRR constitutes a preferential qualification

IT knowledge: good ability to use Office package and CAD Driving authorization: category B driver's license Travel: availability for weekly travel throughout the national territory is essential Indicative period of the employment relationship: until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension until June 30, 2027 Ral: 26,065.00 € + 7€ Ticket Work location: Milano Hours: Full-time, 36h per week.
