For an important client operating in the chemical/pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for:
1 JUNIOR CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL
The resource will join the Legal Department with the objective of supporting the team and progressively acquiring autonomy in managing the Group's legal activities, with a focus on commercial, corporate, and B2B contracting. They will provide support to corporate functions in the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of contracts. They will contribute to the protection of corporate interests by ensuring timely oversight of legal profiles connected to the business.
Activities:
- Preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, framework agreements, supply contracts, distribution, services, consultancy, and other contractual documentation
- Legal support to corporate functions in managing relationships with customers, suppliers, commercial partners, and external consultants
- Analysis of legal risks connected to commercial and contractual operations
- Support in managing the corporate and corporate governance aspects of the Group
- Assistance in defining and updating contractual templates, internal procedures, and corporate policies
- Interface with external law firms, where necessary
- Support in managing any litigation, pre-litigation, and debt collection activities
- Regulatory monitoring on topics relevant to the corporate business
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Law with qualification to practice the legal profession
- At least 2 years of experience gained within structured companies
- Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contractual documentation also in English
- Solid knowledge of civil and commercial law and good knowledge of national and international contracting, knowledge of the main corporate topics
- Excellent mastery of the Office package
- Excellent organizational skills, precision, reliability, and confidentiality; pragmatic approach, good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with different corporate functions, teamwork skills, and problem-solving attitude
Contractual Offer
Hiring via direct contract at the client company on an indefinite basis CCNL Ccnl chimico farmaceutico, level B1 RAL including between €38,000 and €44,000, defined based on the contractual classification, the duties provided, and the characteristics of the position Profit sharing bonus + welfare + internal canteen provided Possibility of smart working for a maximum of 2 days per week after the first months of on-site training.
