STARTUP ANALYST

In particular, the person will be responsible for:

• Research, selection, and analysis of startups through participation in dedicated events and one-to-one meetings;
• Drafting the legal and economic-financial documentation necessary for analysis, pre-investment, and post-investment;
• Monitoring ongoing investments;
• Sector scouting;
• Research, selection, and analysis of new entrepreneurial initiatives from already active companies;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or single cycle) in economic, financial, management, and/or legal fields;
• Previous experience of at least 12 months (including internships) in the startup/venture capital/venture building/investment funds field;
• Ability to read and understand main corporate documents: business plan, strategic plans, financial statements;
• Interest and knowledge of the world of open Innovation, startups, and venture capital;
• Basic knowledge of the English language;
• Availability for potential travel within Northern Italy;
• Precision, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Contractual Offer:

Hiring with a direct employment contract for a fixed term or an indefinite term. Applied CCNL: Commercio Classification level: This role involves a classification at the 2nd or 4th level of the CCNL commercio applied in the company depending on the experience gained, specialist skills, and relative assumption of responsibility. The gross annual salary - according to what is provided by said Collective Agreement - is equal to 24,990 euros (for the 4th Level) or 31,313.1 (for the 2nd Level) for a full-time contract. Expected salary: is between € 24,990 and € 31,313.1 gross per year, defined based on the contractual classification, the duties provided, and the characteristics of the position. Meal vouchers worth 8 euros are provided.
