For an International Leader in the Services sector, Arezzo location, we are looking for a:

Buyer - Procurement Specialist

What will you be responsible for?

You will collaborate with various corporate functions to understand the supplier landscape necessary to meet the needs of external customers. This will include:

• direct procurement purchasing
• negotiation and contract signing
• updating reporting
• supplier selection process and tenders

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

• Minimum 3/5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, direct purchasing, logistics, and supplier management within Structured Entities
• Preferable experience in a direct purchasing context
• Ability to negotiate and draft complex purchasing agreements in a direct purchasing context
• Ability to prepare category reports and presentations for management
• Specific experience in strategic sourcing or e-procurement, preferred
• Excellent knowledge of the English language

Completing the profile

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to draft formal documents and presentations
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong skills in managing multi-phase projects
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook

Working hours: Full Time from Monday to Friday, 8.30-13.30 14 -17

Contractual Offer: Hiring with a 6-month temporary contract

Expected salary: 26,843.44 - 28,748.59 euro

Meal voucher worth 8 euros for every working day exceeding 4 h
