Customer Information and Assistance Clerk

Are you looking for an opportunity to start or consolidate your career in the commercial/purchasing sector? Gi Group, a leading agency in the personnel selection sector, is searching on behalf of a client company for a figure to be included in the role of Purchasing Specialist at the Carinaro (Italy) location.

What you will do:

• Preparation of orders to suppliers and industry.
• Monitoring of forecast sales and management of the reordering cycle of products in the assigned sector.
• Support to the buyer in master data maintenance, organization of product sheets, and promotional plans.
• Interface with customers and suppliers for purchasing sector activities.
• Processing of reports requested by superiors.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Economics.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Precision, reliability, teamwork, time management skills, and strong adaptability.

What we offer:

• Internship contract with a training path to start a growth path in a dynamic and structured context.
• 6-month internship with a participation allowance of 600 euros.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 18:30 (with 1 hour and 30 minutes of break)
