Location: Signes
Remuneration: 2482 gross monthly depending on experience, 13th month
Contract: First interim contract until 12/31/2026 with possible extension into 2027
Hours: Day shift 37H10 with RTT
Training: Bac+2 with a specialty in BAT management, or failing that in logistics/ Packaging, experience in a pharmaceutical industrial environment desired
Mastery of DTP software (Adobe Illustrator, Quark X'Press, Photo Shop, Excel, Word)
English - Level 3 Oral comprehension

Your mission:
- Processing and approval of creation requests for Bons à Tirer (BAT) for printed secondary packaging items using the GLAMS software
- Drafting work orders for creation agencies and printers
- Creation of BATs for printed secondary packaging items during packaging
- Verification and approval of BATs for technical criteria
- Initiation of creation requests for printing recipes for variable mentions or serialization
- Drafting specification sheets for finished products
- Updating Excel files for activity tracking
