Come and join our client, specialized in the biological diagnostics sector, as a Medical Diagnostic Product Specialist (M/F).

Your main missions:

• Provide telephone assistance to customers & healthcare professionals (France, Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland) regarding the product range (chemistry & immunology)
• Processing information requests and system support

• Receive and process requests for the chemistry and immunology range, from understanding the need to triggering appropriate corrective actions.
• Adopt active listening and personalized communication, strengthening the partnership with customers.

• Actively seek customer satisfaction by providing clear, precise, and rapid answers and proposing suitable solutions.
• Document the CRM salesforce software: described symptoms, actions taken, answers provided.

Your profile:

Holding a bac+2/bac+5 in medical analysis/medical diagnostics/medical biology, you possess experience in a medical environment, acquired in the fields of customer service or in a medical analysis laboratory. Ideally, you master the CRM Salesforce and English is indispensable.

Your scientific reasoning, your ability to communicate by telephone, and your ability to meet customer expectations will allow you to be an important player in the realization of ongoing projects.
