Our client is a medical device manufacturing site.
We are looking for a Production Quality Manager M/F who will work in the largest production unit, which includes products related to infusion, transfusion, and plastics.
Profile
- Master's degree (or higher) in quality or Bachelor's degree with evolution into management responsibility positions
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Operational Quality positions in regulated industries: pharmaceutical, DM, cosmetic, agri-food, chemistry.
- or Experience as a production manager with a significant Quality component
- Experience in managing major non-conformities
- Knowledge of the medical field is a plus
- Field-oriented person, rigorous and organized with strong leadership
- English: fluency in speaking and writing is mandatory
Missions:
- management of an existing team
- develop the quality culture within the production unit
- ensure the monitoring of production staff training on control methods and the validation of certifications
- definition of controls to be performed and implementation of procedures
- management of non-conformities, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
- steering of quality performance indicators and proposal of improvements
- conducting internal audits and participating in external audits
