We are looking, on behalf of our client specializing in the manufacture of electrical distribution and control equipment (low and medium voltage), for an industrialization engineer (M/F).

Mission Context

The employee will join the Industrialization team of Schneider Electric / Power Products based in Eybens (Grenoble) and will take charge of a portfolio of activities centered on electronic trip units for air circuit breakers (ACB) products.

The role consists of representing the Industrialization function within project teams and ensuring the coordination of all industrial matters related to offer evolutions and their industrial deployment.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization activities for the evolutions of the Okken range.
• Ensure coordination between R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Factories, and Logistics teams.

• Build and implement industrial solutions meeting Quality / Cost / Lead time objectives.
• Participate in project reviews, industrial risk management, and industrial decision-making.

• Contribute to the optimization of product costs and industrial scenarios.
• Define and monitor industrial capacity plans with various industrial partners.

• Ensure the transfer and deployment of industrial solutions to the relevant units when necessary.

You have the right profile if you have:

An engineering degree or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience in industrialization, industrial methods, production, or supply chain.
• A strong capacity for transverse management in international environments.

• Good knowledge of industrial processes, quality, and continuous improvement.
• A very good level of English, as exchanges with international teams (US) are regular.

• Experience in electrical distribution environments or with electrical switchgear offers would be a real advantage.
