Export Transport Manager / Logistics Sales Administration Assistant M/F

Contract: temporary until the end of 2026

Position to be filled in September

Location: Brétigny-sur-Orge (91 Essonne)

37h50 weekly

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

Remuneration: 35 K€

You will ensure the complete management of international export flows. Your daily missions revolve around the following axes:

Planning & Organization: Collect specific transport needs, organize schedules, and strategically distribute departures and arrivals based on our site's activity.

Flow Coordination: Prepare and communicate precise loading and delivery instructions to our transport partners. You are the guarantor of shipments respecting the scheduled dates.

Documentary Management & Customs: Produce all necessary goods shipping documents for export.

Transport Purchasing: Request quotations from freight forwarders to optimize our costs and lead times.

Quality Follow-up: Monitor disputes and manage non-conformities related to transport.

Profile

With higher education, you have a successful background in the field of international transport or a Sales Administration profile with a strong component in transport monitoring and organization.

Operational English, oral and written.

Interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, priority management.
