Missions:

• Participate in the monitoring of operational activities outsourced by Sanofi (reception, storage, order preparation, and shipping), for the distribution of products intended for the France market and for export.
• Support the training of operational teams in Good Distribution Practices. Support regulatory activities, notably in order to obtain import authorizations from the ANSM for SWI products imported to the distribution site.

• Manage product Quality non-conformities (e.g., temperature excursions) upon reception at distribution sites or at customers, interfacing with manufacturing sites and carriers. Verify the pharmaceutical qualification elements of delivered customers in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
• Verify the qualification elements of product supplier sites.

• Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of documentation inherent to the activity. Contribute to the monitoring of performance indicators for the QA Distribution activity.

Profile sought:

Pharmacist, Engineer (junior), Master's degree (in the field of quality)

Experience:

2 years of experience required excluding internships and work-study programs - Operational experience in quality assurance at a production or distribution site, and/or in logistics / packaging quality assurance at a manufacturing site.

Field of activity: Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetological, veterinary, or nutrition field is required. Knowledge of regulations related to the distribution of pharmaceutical products (GDP), frameworks, quality tools, and methods is desired.

Required skills:

o Software/tools: Knowledge of the Office pack is required - Knowledge of Calipso, Ishift, and SAP software would be a plus but is not a deal-breaker.

o Languages: Professional English is required, especially in writing.
