JOB DESCRIPTION - Accounts Payable Accountant Fixed-Term Contract 6 months (M/F)

Paris 20e - CDI - 35h - 2 days of teleworking / week - 35-40 k€

1. Job Presentation

The Accounts Payable Accountant primarily works on the Accounts Payable cycle, with strong responsibility for the daily management of accounting operations, the reliability of accounts, and participation in monthly closings.

Versatility is possible depending on the needs of the department, but the focus remains primarily on accounts payable.

1. Main Missions

? Accounts Payable Cycle

• Recording and controlling supplier invoices (services, goods).
• Analysis, matching, and reconciliation of accounts payable.
• Preparation of payment runs.
• Management of expense reports.
• Recording of fixed assets and calculation of depreciation.
• Monthly closing tasks (FNP, CCA, prepaid expenses).
• Follow-up and processing of supplier requests.

1. Skills & Profile Sought

• Mastery of general accounting principles.
• Knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles.
• Good understanding of tax rules.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of an ERP (SAP appreciated).
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet closing deadlines.
• Accounting training from Bachelor's to Bachelor's +3 (BTS, DCG.).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in subsidiary or accounts payable accounting.
• Professional English (reading/writing).
