Your main missions:

  • Provide support (advice and assistance on regulatory aspects) to medico-marketing teams during the validation of promotional documents,
  • Contribute to the drafting, submission, and follow-up and/or review of post-MA dossiers (renewals, variations, etc.)
  • Collaborate on the drafting of reference documents and the validation of packaging articles,
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations on various projects,
  • Participate in interactions with the Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament as well as in the analysis and dissemination of received notifications,
  • Ensure the interface with all transverse or Corporate functions.
  • Contribute to the drafting of procedures and operating modes inherent to regulatory activity
  • Contribute to the management of transverse regulatory projects as well as the updating of all regulatory databases.

Your profile:

Pharmacist or holder of a scientific Master's degree, you have 3 to 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position in regulatory affairs and advertising control. Your English level is professional and you are proficient in Veeva Vault and/or PromoMats.

Your rigor, interpersonal skills, and organizational sense will allow you to be an important player in the achievement of ongoing projects.
