Hours: 35h per week - 9am - 5pm / 2 days of teleworking fixed by the manager (after two months)

Remuneration: €28k gross annual depending on profile

Your main mission will consist of recruiting apprentices for the Sanofi group. You will be part of a GI group Consulting team, a subsidiary of Gi Group, which is in charge of the full management of the apprentice recruitment campaign for the Sanofi group for the year 2026/2027.

You will join a GI group Consulting team of about twenty people, including 17 recruiters (including two referents).

Sanofi processes are highly standardized, emails are proofread, strict schedules must be followed, very short deadlines must be respected, and the workload is very high.

Reporting to the local Manager, your mission will be to ensure each phase of the apprentice recruitment process:

• Collection and analysis of client needs during a brief
• Drafting job offers

• Identification of the distribution and targeting strategy in order to attract the best talents (jobboards, LinkedIn, specialized sites)
• Creation and use of a shared candidate pool (participation in forums, school relations, etc.)

• Pre-selection of potential candidates via video or telephone
• Qualification of candidates during recruitment interviews in pairs with the operational manager

• Support for the operational manager in their final choice
• Daily update of activity reporting by entering information into our internal tools

Your profile:

• You have a higher education background (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, and ideally have a first similar experience
• English is imperative

• Interested in the pharmaceutical sector
• Organized and rigorous, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a true team spirit

• Analytical and synthesis skills allow you to understand business challenges
