Your missions

Within the DSI, in direct interface with the R&D teams, you will intervene in the maintenance of operational conditions of the existing PLM and in the deployment of a new PLM.

Administration and support of the PLM (legacy)

  • IT Referent for the historical PLM.
  • Functional and application support for R&D users.
  • Management of incidents, change requests, and maintenance actions.
  • Updating and maintaining documentation.

Deployment of the new PLM

  • Participation in the implementation project of the new PLM.
  • Interface between R&D business units, integrators, and IT teams.
  • Contribution to data migration, testing, acceptance, and go-live.
  • Change management and launch support.

Management of the R&D application park

  • Monitoring and administration of applications in the R&D domain.
  • Coordination of version upgrades with publishers, Infrastructure, and business units.
  • Guaranteeing availability, performance, and compliance of solutions.

License and access management

  • Administration of R&D software licenses.
  • Monitoring of contracts, renewals, and assignments.
  • Supervision of authorizations and user access.

Coordination and governance

  • Management of external service providers and partners within the R&D scope.

Profile sought

Education

  • Bac +4/5 in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in application support / application management / application project management.
  • Essential experience in a PLM/PDM environment.
  • Participation in a PLM deployment or migration project is highly appreciated.
