We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant with an excellent level of English and customer orientation to join our team in Bogotá.

What will you do in this role?

You will provide remote technical support to clients and users, helping to solve problems related to software, hardware, and connectivity. You will also follow up on cases and document technical support processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware technical problems.
  • Provide support via telephone, chat, and email.
  • Configuration of operating systems and networks.
  • Support through remote connections.
  • Follow-up and documentation of cases.
  • Updating information in the knowledge base.
  • Guaranteeing a high-quality service experience.

Requirements

  • English level B2+ or higher.
  • MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN technical support or help desks.
  • Knowledge of Windows environments.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time management.
  • Technical, technological, or professional training in areas related to systems, IT support, biomedical, mechanical, or similar.

Available schedules

  • Rotating shift between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (8 hours daily) MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Modality

Initially on-site during the training process.

Subsequently, depending on performance and achievement of metrics, there is the possibility of moving to a hybrid modality.

Salary and benefits

  • Salary: $3.580.000
