Your tasks
- Lead and govern all business analysis activities across the project
- Facilitate and manage discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions (Arabic & English)
- Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability
- Act as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact
- Mentor and guide other Business Analysts assigned to the engagement
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, value streams, and solution design
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience in Senior BA / Lead BA roles with hands-on delivery
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise platform projects
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with strong English communication skills
- Strong CRM domain knowledge
- Hands-on knowledge of Creatio CRM is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in KSA and comply with local employment regulations
