Logistics Coordinator – Foodservice | Saudi Arabia

Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the timely movement and availability of products.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability, ensuring accurate inventory records.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, import documentation, product specifications, and registration records.

Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, delivery schedules, and potential delays.

Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations related to food imports, product registration, and distribution.

Identify and resolve logistics, inventory, and documentation issues promptly.

Maintain organized records and prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, product registrations, and logistics performance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize delays and supply chain disruptions.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in the foodservice, food distribution, or food trading industry is a must .

Practical experience with SFDA regulations, food product registration, and registration renewal processes is mandatory .

Proven experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and regulatory requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant logistics or inventory management systems.
