Office Assistant
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Keep all office areas clean, including sweeping, mopping and polishing floors, vacuuming carpets and upholstery and dusting desks, chairs, cabinets and other furniture Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors, empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately Clean and disinfect washrooms and kitchenette areas, regularly Restock toiletries and cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when stock is low Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and equipment Report maintenance issues (e.g, leaks, breakages and faulty fittings) to the supervisor and carry out additional cleaning duties as assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
Minimum of a BECE certificate or equivalent Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not required
Competencies
Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail Knowledge of basic hygiene and safety practices Trustworthiness and a positive, serve-oriented attitude Physical fitness to carry out manual cleaning tasks Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude
