WAITRESS

Your tasks

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their seating arrangements.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Process customer bills and payments when required.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverage selections.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be a graduate of BSHM or any related field
• With experience as waiter/ waitresses is a plus
• Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well with a team
