We are currently looking for 1 Operativer Einkauf (m/f/d) Full-time

Department: Einkauf

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling of the operational procurement process (requesting quotes, supplier selection, order processing, processing order confirmations, and incoming invoice verification)
• Monitoring and urgency of delivery dates and supplier notifications
• Complaint processing
• Master data maintenance in the ERP-System
• Complementary organizational activities and proactive cooperation in the further development of procurement processes

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or business administration training (Apprenticeship HAK/HLW)
• Professional experience in purchasing (preferably in Stahlbau and Maschinenbau) with high quality and cost awareness
• Basic technical understanding is an advantage
• Structured, precise, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, communicative and confident appearance
• Proficient use of MS-Office as well as professional experience with ERP-Systemen
• Very good English skills
