Your tasks
You will deliver integrated pest management services by inspecting client premises, responding to pest-related queries, maintaining equipment, and preparing timely service reports while adhering to company protocols and industry standards.
- Deliver integrated pest management services that meet quality standards to clients
- Conduct thorough inspections at client premises to identify pest issues
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports promptly after inspections
- Respond effectively to client queries regarding pest control concerns
- Maintain company assets and equipment in good working condition to ensure operational readiness
- Assist in testing new pest control innovations and provide constructive feedback
- Follow company protocols and comply with industry standards consistently
- Work safely outdoors and at heights as required during pest control operations
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pest control or a related field
- Ability to converse and write in English effectively
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
