WHAT WILL YOU DO?

At Getnet, we are looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team, with a strategic and consultative approach, working closely with leadership and business challenges.

We are looking for someone with experience conducting processes for different profiles, areas, and levels of complexity, such as, for example, Technology, Product, Business, and executive positions, who can easily move between different contexts, build partnerships, and develop assertive hiring strategies.

You will have the autonomy to conduct different processes simultaneously, including strategic and higher seniority positions, using hunting, market intelligence, and data to support decisions and contribute to the continuous evolution of our talent strategy.

• Conduct end-to-end selection processes for different profiles, areas, and seniority levels, such as Technology, Product, Business, and executive positions;
• Act consultatively with leadership, supporting the definition of profiles, attraction strategies, and hiring decisions;
• Conduct hunting and Executive Search processes for strategic, specialized, and higher seniority positions;
• Perform sourcing, boolean search, and market mapping, using different channels, communities, and talent sources;
• Manage multiple selection processes simultaneously, ensuring prioritization, agility, and quality in deliveries;
• Conduct competency-based interviews and support evaluation and decision-making;
• Monitor recruitment indicators, transforming data into insights to increase the efficiency and assertiveness of processes;
• Act intentionally in attracting diverse talent, contributing to strategies and selection processes that expand the diversity of our pipelines and hires;
• Propose improvements and explore the use of AI, automation, and new solutions applied to Talent Acquisition;
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and leadership, promoting structured, diverse, and inclusive processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

Mandatory requirements

• Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
• Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection of different profiles and seniority levels;
• Experience conducting processes for Technology positions and other specialized profiles;
• Experience with hunting, sourcing, boolean search, and market mapping;
• Experience with strategic, high-complexity, and/or Executive Search positions;
• Experience conducting multiple selection processes simultaneously, of different levels and complexities;
• Experience in consultative roles and relationship management with leadership and stakeholders;
• Experience with competency-based interviews;
• Analytical capacity and familiarity with recruitment indicators;
• Good communication, influence, organization, and sense of prioritization;
• Advanced/fluent English or Spanish.

Desirable requirements

• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms, such as Greenhouse and Workday;
• Knowledge of People Analytics applied to Talent Acquisition;
• Experience with AI and automation in recruitment;
• Experience with employer branding, talent communities, or affirmative programs;
• Experience in large companies, digital environments, or organizations in transformation.
