At Getnet, we are looking for a person for the position of Senior Implementation Support Analyst to join our team in São Paulo.

📌 What you will do

Act as PMO for large projects involving the necessary areas, ensuring quality and speed;

Develop relationships with the payment methods market (software houses/commercial automation/Wallets/Sub-acquirers);

Evaluate, understand, train, and support customers during the implementation, service, and Homologation process;

Propose solutions that assist customers in their infrastructure and needs related to payment methods;

Perform continuous communication regarding project phases, providing reports through the tools adopted by the sector;

Add knowledge, aiming for continuous improvement in internal processes, the quality of services provided, the tangible and intangible results of the company, and relationships with the market;

Work on improvement fronts for the area, acting as a technical reference for the team;

Map the customer's environment, plan the implementation, and coordinate with the involved areas so they execute their duties according to the schedule established with the customer;

Meet the homologation demands of Software Houses, APP, Auttar Partnerships, sub-acquirer wallets, providing integration and homologation materials;

Provide technical support for the development of integration with TEF and Conciliador;

Meet the implementation demands of new distributors, performing technical and operational training to allow the partner to perform implementation and support for Auttar products in the market;

Implement and monitor new Auttar technologies in Pilot customers;

Completed higher education;

Intermediate/advanced English (serving customers at a global level);

Experience in the activities of the position.
