WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a SR Controllership Analyst, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day.

• Conducting monthly accounting closing and reporting routines, ensuring compliance with the area's calendar.
• Performing accounting reconciliations, controls, and documentation of the accounts under responsibility, ensuring quality, traceability, and adherence to deadlines.
• Monitoring operating revenues and other revenues, ensuring the correct flow of information for accounting recognition and monitoring of receipts.
• Controlling general expenses, provisions, and other operating accounts, with analysis of variations against budget and forecast.
• Accounting management of capital projects focused on intangible assets, including:
• Evaluation of capitalization criteria;
• Monitoring project execution;
• Classification between Opex and Capex;
• Putting assets into use;
• Calculation and monitoring of amortization.
• Interface with Technology, Product, Procurement, Accounting, Audit, and business leadership areas to ensure data consistency, adequate documentation, and correct accounting recognition.
• Support for internal and external audits, organizing evidence and documentation of the line items under responsibility.
• Support for continuous improvement of controllership processes, focusing on automation, information quality, and operational efficiency.
• Preparation of and contribution to management reports intended for local and global stakeholders, providing a consolidated view of the platform's results.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

We are looking for a Controllership Analyst to join our team in Porto Alegre/RS, with the following requirements and experience:

Mandatory requirements

• Completed higher education;
• Advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of accounting routines.
• Advanced/fluent English and/or Spanish.

Desirable requirements

• Experience working with ERPs;
• Postgraduate degree in related areas.
