WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Management Consultant to join the Global Platform Finance team.
This role will be responsible for defining and executing the revenue management strategy for the Global Platform, ensuring sustainable profitability, robust pricing governance, accurate billing execution, and compliance with intercompany pricing requirements.
The position combines strategic pricing leadership, financial modeling, profitability management, billing operations, and process transformation. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Tax, Commercial, Product, Technology, and Country Leadership teams across Brazil and Mexico, while supporting stakeholders throughout Latin America.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO of Global Platform Finance and leading a small team responsible for billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy
- Define and maintain pricing strategies for Global Platform products and services.
- Develop pricing models based on cost structure, transaction volumes, profitability targets, service consumption, and market benchmarks.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing and investment decisions.
- Monitor revenue performance, profitability, and margin evolution across products, services, and entities.
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities while maintaining a sustainable business model.
- Support executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations and financial insights.
Intercompany Pricing & Profitability Management
- Own the intercompany pricing framework between Global Platform and acquiring entities.
- Ensure appropriate profitability levels across entities while balancing business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Tax teams to guarantee compliance with transfer pricing principles, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain pricing methodologies supported by robust financial analysis and cost allocation models.
- Support contractual and financial discussions related to intercompany agreements.
- Monitor the financial impact of pricing decisions on each entity’s P&L and business performance.
Strategic Customer Pricing
- Lead pricing analyses for large customers, strategic opportunities, and global client initiatives.
- Assess profitability, pricing scenarios, return on investment, and commercial viability.
- Build business cases and executive presentations to support pricing decisions.
- Partner with commercial and product teams on complex negotiations and strategic growth opportunities.
Billing Operations & Revenue Governance
- Own the end-to-end monthly billing process for Global Platform services.
- Ensure billing accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with approved pricing policies.
- Coordinate monthly reconciliations and validation processes with Brazil, Mexico, and relevant stakeholders.
- Confirm billing calculations, transaction volumes, pricing drivers, and supporting data with countries on a recurring basis.
- Implement controls to prevent revenue leakage and billing disputes.
- Support monthly closing and revenue recognition processes.
- Lead a small operational team responsible for billing execution and controls.
Process Automation & Transformation
- Define and manage the Revenue Management and Billing automation roadmap.
- Work closely with Technology and Product teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for development teams.
- Drive initiatives focused on automation, operational excellence, process simplification, and data quality.
- Promote the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics to improve pricing, forecasting, billing validation, and business insights.
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or related disciplines.
- Outstanding financial modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of cost structures, profitability drivers, and pricing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience building business cases and executive-level financial analyses.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and multinational teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Fluent Spanish.
Nice to have
- Experience in Payments, Acquiring, Fintech, Technology Platforms, SaaS, or Transactional Businesses.
- Experience with intercompany pricing models and transfer pricing principles.
- Experience leading billing, revenue operations, or revenue governance processes.
- Experience working with automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
