Your tasks

Can you already imagine being an Nxter? At Getnet, we are looking for a person for the Commercial Analyst for Financial Institutions vacancy to join our Partnerships team.

Drive the growth of acquiring services by generating commercial opportunities, providing strategic support to business executives, and developing value propositions for clients and prospects. You will be responsible for promoting acquiring solutions, leading consultative sales processes, coordinating internal teams for the construction and implementation of commercial proposals, and ensuring the fulfillment of business objectives, commercial indicators, and established service levels.

📌 What you will do

• Prospecting and generation of high-value strategic commercial proposals for the sale of Getnet products to digital banks, neobanks, and fintechs with a focus on the SME segment.
• Define the customer journey together with the bank. As well as conducting market studies to understand the main needs of the assigned industry and identify the main players that make up the prospecting pipeline.
• Manage the relationship with existing accounts and clients; ensuring the fulfillment of alliance objectives.
• Present periodic commercial performance reports, project progress, and key management indicators to management and involved teams.
• Coordinate implementations (API, integration, reconciliation) together with internal areas of Product, IT&OPS, Risks, and Finance.
• Provide timely follow-up on the commercial pipeline, business opportunities, implementations, and commitments made with clients and internal areas.
• Monitor the fulfillment of commercial KPIs, proposing corrective actions and strategies that allow for the achievement of established objectives.

Requirements

✅ What we are looking for in you

• Degree in Economics-Administration, Commercial Relations, or similar.
• Intermediate English.
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience.
• Experience in commercial relations, Customer orientation, Negotiation, Business development, Results orientation, and accountability.
• Previous experience in Corporate and/or Business Banking.
• Experience in Financial Services, Consultative sales.
