Marketing Lead – Padel Build the next growth engine for sports in Indonesia. Swing is one of Indonesia’s leading golf booking platforms, with 100,000+ golfers on our platform. Now, we’re expanding beyond golf and building our presence in the fast-growing Padel market. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can turn market opportunities into business growth — someone who understands the Padel ecosystem, builds impactful partnerships, creates communities, and drives measurable growth in users, bookings, and revenue.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing business category and shape how Swing connects players, clubs, brands, and communities across Indonesia’s Padel ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Own the growth strategy: Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive user acquisition, bookings, and revenue.
• Understand the market: Identify market trends, competitors, player behavior, and growth opportunities in Indonesia’s Padel ecosystem.
• Build strategic partnerships: Develop relationships with Padel clubs, brands, sponsors, communities, and influencers.
• Create market momentum: Lead campaigns, events, community activations, and collaborations that turn awareness into measurable business results.
• Shape the brand: Build relevant social media and marketing strategies that resonate with the Padel community.
• Turn data into action: Track performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Community, or related fields.
• Experience in the Padel industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia’s Padel market, players, and ecosystem.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes.
• An established network across Padel clubs, brands, sponsors, communities, or influencers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and leadership skills.
• Active Padel players are highly preferred.

Location: Gading Serpong, Tangerang Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday–Saturday
